Realize Your Full Potential

As an investment sales analyst at Walker & Dunlop, you will play a critical role in the creation and dissemination of our investment sales marketing materials. You will be responsible for conducting financial analysis of multifamily opportunities, including existing properties, value add projects, and ground-up developments. You will also assist in the research, writing, and proofing of our marketing offering memorandums and broker opinion of values.

In addition to financial analysis, you will research and maintain databases that track investment sales activity, construction pipeline, and other relevant real estate metrics. You will develop and maintain market knowledge by regularly reading industry trade journals, economic forecasts, and news-related periodicals. You will also have the opportunity to assist in the creation and editing of "state of the market" presentations given at national conferences and private client meetings.
